The children enjoyed making models for small world play.

The children enjoyed singing along to this...

R.E. Birthdays- Discover what a birthday is and how it may be celebrated.

We discussed the big questions related to this theme –

Why do we celebrate birthdays? Why do we receive birthday presents on Jesus’

birthday?

We had a birthday party for Panda, who was 4 years old on Thursday. We made cards, sang happy birthday and celebrated.

Theatre Trip

Dear Parents/Carers,

Both morning and afternoon nursery children are going to The Unity Theatre to watch a performance of ‘Little Red and the Big Bad Wolf’ on Tuesday 20th December.

We will leave school at 9.15a.m. and we will return at 12.15p.m. Therefore, there will not be an afternoon session for Mr Farrell’s afternoon nursery class.

The cost for the trip is £6.00 per family, this includes the cost of transport. The John Jones fund will subsidise the remaining cost of the trip.

Please return your payment and signed permission slip before 12th December 2016.

Please come and speak to us if you have any questions.

Many thanks,

M Edwards and M Farrell.
